B & BOn the first floor of our house we have a spacious guest room (max 4 pers.) with balcony available for you. You also have access to a spacious private bathroom with sauna. (€) On an open loft with balcony we serve breakfast. On this loft you can for example watch TV / DVD, make coffee and / or tea, play a game or just enjoy the peace (possibly on the balcony). From 4 to 6 people we have a second room (no private bathroom) available on request.

LocationOur B & B is located in the Hunsrück 560 km away from Dover. Our house is on the edge of the village of Prosterath. We have a magnificent view of the Dhrondal and the Erbeskopf (816m) The nearest restaurant (kebab / pizza) is in Beuren
(1 km), you can also buy there fresh bread and there is a cash machine in Beuren. There are several restaurants at 8 km. What larger places with some supermarkets and restaurants are 12 km away from us. The city of Trier is at 30 km and the Mosel (Leiwen / Trittenheim) at 20 km distance. |
ActiveThe Hunsrück is a beautiful area for hikers and cyclists. In our immediate vicinity is the Saar-Hunsrücksteig with 111 Traumschleifen hikes. One of them is the Rockenburger Urwaldpfad you can walk this route directly from our
B & B. The National Park Hunsrück-Hochwald offers free guided Rangertouren. The Ruwer-Hochwald Radweg is a cycling route (50 km) from Hermeskeil to Trier. The Moselradweg and Saarradweg are also nice for cycling. Near our B & B there are several mountain bike trails. When there is enough snow you can ski in the winter months on the Erbeskopf (816m) |
